Whenever a debugging tool is launched for a dynamic grammar, an instantiation context must be specified. This is done using the Context Selection dialog:
Check the Use Predefined Context checkbox to instantiate the dynamic grammar using one of the contexts defined in the grammar coverage file. Simply select the desired context and press OK.
Selecting a context and pressing the Transfer button copies the contents of the chosen context into the custom context.
Check the Use Custom Context checkbox to instantiate the dynamic grammar using a custom context, i.e. a context defined only for debugging the grammar:
To edit the contents of a JSON context, either press the Edit button or click in the cell holding the value of the variable to edit. This opens Context Editor. Note that the variable names are automatically deduced from the dynamic grammar itself.
For Program contexts and Java contexts, enter the information as explained in Context types.
The custom context can also be saved in the grammar coverage file for later reuse by pressing the Save button.
